Current Size: 1.75”-2”

Max Size: 6-6.5”

Temp range: High 70’s to low 80’s

Diet: shelled foods such as pest snails, clams on half shell, etc. the reason it’s so important to feed shelled foods to these puffers is because their teeth don’t stop growing and the shells on those food’s mentioned above file their teeth down, keep them from becoming overgrown.

Are these marine or a freshwater species? Great question when they’re fry and juveniles they can be kept in freshwater as they are being kept now. However for them to be able to thrive they do need to be converted into a marine set up at adult size.
