What is a preorder?
Pre-orders are fish that are not currently in stock, but can be special ordered from my supplier.
What should I expect?
You can still expect the same quality of fish, but because they are not currently in my tanks, it is possible that the availability may have changed. If something like this happens, I will reach out about your order.
How soon will I receive my preorder?
It can take 2-4 weeks for your order to come in, and then a quarantine period to make sure you get a healthy fish. Availability, shipping issues, and DOAs may affect order time, but I will communicate with you about any problems.
